I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. The location was perfect for me, as it was located on a lake and close to some fantastic hiking trails. Additionally, the breakfast offered a lot of options and was very satisfying. the hotel had great amenities and was in a nice area.

Great room with a stunning view and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the spa area was fantastic with many different types of saunas, a steam room, emotional showers, and a relaxing pool. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of sweet and savory food to start the day on a positive note. the location was great for a winter visit, with many sports activities available nearby such as snowboarding on the small but enjoyable ski area and going for a walk in the snow.

The dinner was relatively expensive, but we found that it was worth the price. there weren't enough tables in the restaurant for all the guests, and we found that a bit disappointing.

This hotel was absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities in this venue are amazing! I had a wonderful time at the Spa & wellness centre, indulging in a full body massage and body wrap treatments. the indoor swimming pool was great for relaxing and the Sauna was a perfect addition to it. the staff provided excellent service throughout the hotel. the restaurant provided me with a special diet menu and the meals were delicious! the location of this hotel with the beautiful sun terrace and garden area was perfect for me.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of staff at the pool area. There were no staff supervising it, so some guests took advantage of it by occupying sun loungers but not using them.

Great spa facilities and gym. The indoor pool and saunas are amazing, and there are plenty of fitness opportunities with fully-equipped gym and group fitness classes. , the tap connected to a local mineral spring is a nice touch.

The noise levels were bothersome, including a live DJ music that was way too loud during dinner. , some of the service was subpar, with waitstaff being slow to serve or not attentive.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, perfect for hiking and mountain biking. the rooms are spacious and clean with nice bath/shower areas. the friendly staff is helpful in selecting the nicest routes and providing maps. the restaurant in the 5-star hotel provides good food, and the breakfasts are tasty.

The spa service is not up to par.
